Business Referral Terms and Conditions

Referral Program Terms and Conditions:

1. Eligibility: The referral program ("Program") is open to all existing clients ("Referrers") of Protocol Technologies ("Company") who refer new clients ("Referees") to the Company's services.

2. Referral Incentives: Referrers will receive a referral reward equivalent to 10% off their next invoice for each successful referral, subject to the conditions outlined below. Referees will receive a one-time discount of 15% on their first full billing cycle with the Company.

3. Qualifying Referrals: A successful referral is deemed to have occurred when a Referee signs up for the Company's services and completes one billing cycle. The Referrer will receive their referral reward after the successful completion of the Referee's first billing cycle.

4. Incentive Redemption: Referral rewards will be applied as a discount on the Referrer's next invoice following the successful completion of the Referee's first billing cycle.

5. Referral Rewards for a One-Time Discount: For each successful referral, Referrers are entitled to a one-time 10% discount on their next invoice. This discount can be accumulated, allowing Referrers to potentially receive up to a maximum cumulative discount of 50% off one monthly bill.

6. State Jurisdiction: This Program is governed by the laws of the State of Florida, and any disputes arising out of or related to the Program shall be resolved in accordance with Florida state laws.

7. Modification and Termination: The Company reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the Program at any time without prior notice. Any changes to the Program will be communicated to participants via email or through the Company's website.

8. Acceptance of Terms: By participating in the Program, Referrers agree to be bound by these terms and conditions.

By participating in the Program, Referrers acknowledge and agree to these terms and conditions. The Company reserves the right to interpret these terms and conditions and to make decisions regarding eligibility and reward redemption in its sole discretion.
